General Bonus Rules:

• Wagering on Sports Betting counts only on bets placed at minimum odds of 1.5

• Bonus funds and real money are tracked separately
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited

If a connection is lost during in-play betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid. Official match scores and results are sourced from the governing bodies of international cricket and football.

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, notify our support team within 48 hours. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cricx cricket. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

Cricx cricket reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• Suspicious or irregular betting activity
• Suspected Money Laundering
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

Upon account closure, members are entitled to a refund of any valid balance — unless it has been forfeited due to fraud or a breach of the rules. Members may also request account closure at any time.

Cricx cricket accepts no liability for the following:

• If a bet fails due to an internet connection disruption
• Any issues caused by your device or software
• For delays caused by third-party payment gateways
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with others
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)

However, cricx cricket is fully responsible for keeping users' personal data secure and remains liable in accordance with applicable law.

For any disputes or complaints, contact the cricx cricket support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

If your issue cannot be resolved through support, you may escalate your complaint to our licensing authority. All disputes will be documented in English and settled in accordance with international gaming laws.

Cricx cricket reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made:

• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms
